The Operations & Fulfilment Officer will be responsible for inventory accuracy, order processing, packaging standards, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Process, package, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Coordinate deliveries and manage relationships with logistics providers.
Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
Reconcile delivery records and support operational reporting.
Ensure compliance with inventory and fulfilment procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, fulfilment, or supply chain operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
