Job Description

Job Summary:

  • The Operations & Fulfilment Officer will be responsible for inventory accuracy, order processing, packaging standards, and logistics coordination.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring operational efficiency and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
  • Process, package, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Coordinate deliveries and manage relationships with logistics providers.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
  • Reconcile delivery records and support operational reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory and fulfilment procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, fulfilment, or supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
