Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account ownership
- Own assigned enterprise telecom accounts.
- Develop multi year account growth strategies.
- Maintain executive level client relationship.
- Develop account plans for strategic clients.
2. Technical Commercial Sales
- Conduct needs analysis (Core Infrastructure and colocation Services).
- Design and position telecom solutions with pre-sales engineers.
- Lead proposal development and pricing strategy.
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms.
- Close new business and expansion deals.
3. Revenue growth and Expansion
- Identify upsell opportunities (Core Infrastructure engineering services, Colocation).
- Manage renewals and prevent churning.
- Build and maintain pipeline within existing accounts.
- Achieve revenue and margin targets.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate with network engineering, provisioning, finance and operations.
- Ensure seamless service implementation.
- Escalate and manage service issues when needed.
5. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor telecom market trends and competitor offerings.
- Identify new product opportunities based on client demand.
- Provide feedback to product teams for portfolio enhancement.
