Quantumica is a multi-jurisdictional software company building a portfolio of B2B SaaS products serving West Africa, the UK, and the US:

  • Deskpadi — Full-stack business operations platform (11 modules covering CRM, HR, finance, projects, document management, and more) for SMBs and mid-market companies.
  • Akili — Cloud school management platform for primary and secondary schools across Nigeria and Ghana.
  • MAPP (Mandate App) — Election intelligence and party operations platform for political parties, campaign teams, and electoral stakeholders.

We are founder-led, profitable, and growing. We are hiring a closer who already has the room.

The Role:

This is not an SDR or junior BDR role.

We are hiring a senior sales operator with an existing book of relationships across one or more of our target verticals and the credibility to walk into procurement conversations on day one. You will own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting (against your own network), discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.

You will work directly with the VP, Sales and have full access to our Bespoke sales enablement suite: Quantum CRM with pre-configured product pipelines, proposal templates, ICP cards, objection handling playbooks, sales decks, reseller agreements, and a 200-company seed leads list.

This role is 100% commission. There is no base salary, no retainer, and no expense allowance. In exchange, the commission structure is genuinely top-tier and uncapped (see below). This role is built for an operator who already earns well from selling and wants products they can move quickly through their own network.

What you'll do:

  • . Open doors at decision-maker level — Head of School, General Overseer/Bishop, CTO/CISO, COO, . . Compliance Head, Party Chairman, Campaign Director, MD, depending on which product you lead with.
  • . Run the full sales cycle for one or more of our products, with founder support on demos and technical discovery until you're confident to fly solo.
  • . Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in Zoho CRM Pro with accurate forecasting.
  • . Close annual contracts (Deskpadi, Akili, ChMS), enterprise deployments (SARM), and project-based engagements (MAPP).
  • . Negotiate commercial terms within agreed pricing bands.
  • . Feed structured market intelligence back to product and leadership.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • . 7+ years in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or solution sales — ideally a mix.
  • . You already have warm contacts in at least one of:
  • . Education sector leadership (school proprietors, MDs, ministries of education)
  • . Religious organisations (denominational HQs, large parish networks)
  • . Financial services (banks, fintechs, MFBs, BDCs, compliance and risk heads)
  • . Political establishments (parties, campaign organisations, electoral bodies)
  • . SMB and mid-market business owners
  • . Documented track record of closing five- and six-figure (USD-equivalent) deals.
  • . Comfortable selling at C-level and to procurement committees.
  • Self-Starter
  • . Numerate enough to navigate ROI conversations, multi-tenant pricing, and per-seat vs flat-rate negotiations.
  • . Fluent written and spoken English; additional working languages (Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, French, Pidgin) are a plus

Compensation

  • . Tiered rates of commission, ranging from 15% on contract values below N10M, and 5% on contract values above N30M.
  • . Multi-Year Bonus: +1% on full ACV if 2-year contract signed
  • . Speed Bonus: +0.5% on deals closed within 30 days of first demo
  • . Upsell Bonus: 10% on incremental ACV if client adds modules within 90 days
  • . Referral Kicker: 3% Finders Fee on closed deals

KEY TERMS:

  • . Commission is calculated on Annual Contract Value (ACV) at signing.
  • . Payment within 30 days of customer payment hitting our account. We do not delay commissions
  • . Tiered rates apply – the full ACV is paid at the tier rate it falls into.
  • . Bonuses stack on top of the base commission rate.
  • . Accelerators above quota — overachieve and the rate climbs further.
  • . Renewals earn 30% of the original commission rate.
  • . No clawbacks on active contracts.
  • . Trailing 10% on renewals for the lifetime of the account while you remain engaged with Quantumica.
  • . Equity discussion on the table for the right operator after 12 months of consistent performance.

Indicative earnings: a single mid-market Deskpadi close (50–100 seats) pays roughly N5-12M. A SARM deployment into a Tier-2 bank pays N30-80M in the first year alone. Close two to three of those a quarter and the maths speaks for itself.
