Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer experience across our branches. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the automobile industry and a strong ability to manage teams and business operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
• Supervise, coach, and manage branch staff to ensure high performance
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve client issues promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for stock management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Prepare and present periodic performance and sales reports
• Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to improve branch performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the automobile industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
