Full job description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos for a Business Development & Research Associate. The role involves conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and assisting in client acquisition strategies. The associate will engage with clients, develop relationships, and provide support in sales and customer service processes. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data to support decision-making and contributing to the development of business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and provide actionable insights
• At least 2 to 5 years active experience as a business developer.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills to engage effectively with clients and partners
• Solid Finance and Sales skills to analyze financial data and support business growth
• Proven ability to manage priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in business development or research is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
