Job Summary
The Business Manager (BM) is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, management of the sales pipeline, coordination of site inspections, conversion of leads into sales, and management of client relationships. The role plays a critical part in achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring smooth progression from lead generation to property allocation and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert high-quality leads through digital marketing, referrals, and field activities
Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure
Conduct and coordinate site inspections for prospective clients
Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships
Negotiate and finalize property transactions
Ensure completion of all client documentation and payment processes
Collaborate with internal teams on property allocation and transaction execution
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports
Support and guide junior sales team members where required
Key Requirements
7 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement (3 years’ experience in Real Estate is an advantage)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
Remuneration & Benefits
Basic Salary: ₦400,000 (Fixed)
Variable Pay: ₦200,000 (Performance-Based)
Total Potential Monthly Earnings: ₦600,000
Commission:
10% (outright) / 7% (payment plan) on self-generated deals
3% (outright) / 1.5% (payment plan) on company-provided leads
1% override on team sales
