Content Director (CD261)

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Content Director to lead our content vision, storytelling, and digital presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee content strategy, manage creative teams, and ensure brand consistency while driving engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and manage content creators, videographers, editors, and social media personnel.
• Oversee content planning, calendars, and approvals across all platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support promotions and launches.
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on insights and analytics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, digital platforms, and content best practices.
• Manage content quality, deadlines, and creative standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of HND / BSc in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content management, digital media, or creative leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and analytics.
• Ability to translate business goals into compelling content strategies.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and execution.
• Experience in the automobile, media, or digital marketing industry is an added advantage.
