We are seeking a confident and disciplined Customer Experience & Conversion Executive to manage client interactions and convert qualified inquiries into confirmed paying customers
This is not a passive customer service role.
The Customer Experience & Conversion Executive will serve as the first point of contact for clients while actively driving deposit conversion through structured follow-ups, confident communication, and disciplined pipeline management.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable handling high-value transactions, guiding clients through decision-making, and securing commitments within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries across phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media within defined response-time standards.
Manage and track all incoming leads from inquiry to deposit using CRM systems.
Convert qualified inquiries into confirmed deposits through structured follow-up and confident client engagement.
Guide clients through product options and purchasing decisions.
Maintain consistent follow-up cadence
Accurately document client interactions, pending deposits, and conversion status daily.
Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure seamless order progression.
Provide weekly reports on pipeline value, deposit conversion rate, and pending opportunities.
Performance Expectations:
Strict response-time discipline during business hours.
Clear weekly deposit targets.
Measurable conversion benchmarks.
High accountability for pipeline management and follow-up execution.
This role requires composure, clarity, and the ability to confidently secure deposits without hesitation.
Requirements
Requirements
HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Proven experience in customer engagement, lead conversion, or sales related roles.
Demonstrated ability to handle high value transactions confidently.
Strong communication skills with authority and clarity.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Must reside near Lekki Phase 1 or have reliable commuting access.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in furniture, luxury retail, home décor, or premium service environments.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM or other lead-tracking systems.
