  • We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/SSCE/GCE/NECO/HND/BA/B.Sc in any discipline
  • 0–2 years experience in customer service or related field (fresh graduates can apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be resident in Lagos or willing to relocate .
