Customer Success & Accounts Manager

GreenSpace Farms Limited (GreenCo Brand) is looking to recruit a suitable candidate to fill the stated position.

Account Manager will manage Greenspace’s existing customer relationships, ensure excellent service delivery, drive upsell opportunities, manage billing follow-ups, and act as the main point of contact between clients and Greenspace.

This person will focus on customer retention, revenue growth from existing clients, and smooth order management.

Also must understands retail operations , can talk comfortably with store managers or Procurement Managers , is comfortable moving around Lagos and can negotiate shelf space or orders

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for existing customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Upselling & Revenue Growth

  • Identify opportunities to increase service usage
  • Recommend additional Greenspace services
  • Work with operations to deliver expanded services

Order Management

  • Receive customer service requests and orders
  • Coordinate with operations teams for service execution
  • Track order fulfilment and delivery timelines

Billing & Payment Follow-Up

  • Coordinate invoices with finance
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • Track payment schedules and client commitments

Customer Complaints & Conflict Resolution

  • Handle service complaints
  • Resolve disputes between customers and operations
  • Escalate major issues when necessary

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities
  • Gather customer feedback about competitors
  • Report trends and risks to management
