Full job description

Grow the bank’s deposit base by acquiring and managing customers for savings, current and fixed deposit products, while delivering excellent service and retention.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new deposit customers (SMEs, individuals, corporations, associations).
• Drive deposit campaigns, product pitches, and market activations.
• Manage portfolio: customer onboarding, documentation, account funding, andretention.
• Build relationships with high-value customers and handle inquiries/escalations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements and internal processes.
• Collaborate with branch/service teams to ensure smooth account operations.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in any related discipline.
• 3-5 years experience in sales/deposit mobilization (banking experience required).
• Strong sales, relationship management, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦600,000.00 - ₦800,000.00 per month
