Job Description

Your Mission

Identify the biggest growth constraints and eliminate them.

Build repeatable systems that attract customers, convert them, and increase lifetime value — efficiently and sustainably.

Your success will be measured by real business outcomes, not activity.

What You’ll Do

1) Acquisition — Bring in Qualified Users

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic and signups
  • Optimize organic, referral, partnership, and paid channels
  • Launch campaigns and growth experiments
  • Identify untapped acquisition opportunities

2) Activation & Conversion — Turn Visitors into Customers

  • Improve landing pages and user journeys
  • Optimize onboarding and checkout flows
  • Reduce friction and drop-offs
  • Increase conversion rates across the funnel

3) Retention & Revenue — Maximize Customer Value

  • Implement lifecycle marketing and engagement strategies
  • Increase repeat usage and customer loyalty
  • Reduce churn
  • Improve average order value and lifetime value

4) Experimentation & Optimization

  • Run continuous A/B tests
  • Prioritize experiments based on impact vs effort
  • Iterate quickly based on results
  • Kill ideas that don’t work and scale those that do

5) Analytics & Insights

  • Define and track key growth metrics
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities
  • Make data-driven decisions

Requirements

Must Have

  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to execute across multiple channels
  • Comfort with data, tools, and experimentation
  • Self-motivated with high ownership
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Valuable Skills (Not All Required)

  • Digital marketing experience (SEO, content, paid, social, etc.)
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Email or lifecycle marketing
  • Product growth or user experience optimization
  • Basic technical or automation skills
  • Experience with analytics tools
