Job Description:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing performance management and recruitment processes within the transportation sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing and hiring talent to performance evaluation and employee development. This role requires someone who can build and maintain efficient HR processes, ensuring they are adhered to, while balancing empathy with firmness when managing employee performance.


Key Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement performance management strategies to assess and improve employee performance.
. Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
. Design and manage HR processes and policies that align with organizational goals.
. Provide support to employees on HR-related matters and act as a liaison between management and staff.
. Monitor employee satisfaction and work culture, implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement.
. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
. Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute HR programs, training, and development opportunities.

Requirements

Educational Qualification:
. BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
. 2-3years Experience in HR
. Certifications (Preferred):
. While certifications are not mandatory, HR-related certifications such as CIPM or SHRM would be an advantage.
