About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead loan sales within the public sector, specifically targeting civil servants. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in salary-backed lending and established access to government institutions and networks. This role requires strong sales execution, relationship management, and a clear understanding of public sector lending dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the sale of loan products to civil servants across various MDAs (Ministries, Departments, and Agencies), Paramilitaries (NSCDC, Nigeria Correctional Services, Immigration, etc.), Lagos State Civic lending business, etc.
  • Proactively generate and convert leads within the public sector business space.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to loan disbursement.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure all customer documentation meets internal and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant government parastatals to drive business and referrals.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales within lending, banking, fintech, or microfinance.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to active civil servants.
  • Strong understanding of salary-backed loan structures and repayment systems.
  • An established network within government institutions is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
