Role Summary
The person is responsible for driving both brand strategy and sales performance.
You will oversee all national marketing activities, from high-level strategic business analysis and market research to the daily management of the sales team.
Your mission is to eont brand messaging while simultaneously setting and tracking individual sales targets to meet the organization's revenue goals.
This role also includes fostering a high-performance culture through the continuous training and retraining of the marketing team.
Tasks:
- Conduct market research to determine scope of book sales, and how (models) best to service the customer.
- Determine other revenue generation opportunities in the industry. To enable ALL YEAR ROUND sales
Develop and implement business plans covering sales, revenue generation, and expense controls. - -
- Simultaneously analyze competition to stay ahead.
- Oversee the performance of Marketers, ensuring they all meet planned targets.
Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess an MBA or Masters in a related field
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience in planning and implementing integrated sales and marketing strategies.
- Extensive experience managing and directing a sales team, with a deep dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Strong statistical and numerical ability, with the capacity to support the management with planning and forecasting data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be well-organized and demonstrate the ability to lead a diverse marketing team across different States.
