OPERATIONS MANAGER (OM261)

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning and pest-control operations, ensure service quality, and coordinate field teams.

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily cleaning, fumigation, and janitorial operations
-Manage field staff schedules, attendance, and performance
-Ensure service delivery meets company standards and client expectations
-Handle client instructions, site inspections, and issue resolution 
-Monitor use of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment
-Prepare basic operational reports (videos and pictures) and job completion updates 
-Enforce health, safety, and compliance procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience in operations, facility management, or cleaning services
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Basic reporting and record-keeping skills
• Excellent video and picture coverage skills and editing.
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
• Applicant must live around Oshodi, Ajao estate or environ.
