Operations Manager (OP261)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead operations, sales, and business growth for our PPR pipe products division. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction and sales activities, and drive profitability while ensuring operational excellence across different branches of the company and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee daily operations of PPR pipe products
* Drive sales growth and expand distributor/client networks
* Manage budgets, costs, and overall P&L performance
* Lead and supervise cross-functional teams (sales, operations, logistics)
* Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance
* Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share
* Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
* B.Sc/ HND in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
* 3–4 years relevant experience in industrial products, or pipe/plastics distribution
* Proven experience managing operations and sales teams
* Strong business development and negotiation skills
* Good understanding of supply chain management
* Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
