Operator – PACKING & Dispatch (OPD261)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Operator – Packing & Dispatch to manage finished goods packaging, warehousing coordination, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate must have experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments and possess strong operational discipline, quality compliance awareness, and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and efficient packing of finished goods without material wastage.
• Oversee proper handling and storage of products within the warehouse.
• Coordinate loading of finished goods according to customer requirements and dispatch schedules.
• Conduct physical stock verification and inventory checks regularly.
• Prepare and manage packing lists using computer systems.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and quality procedures.
• Monitor dispatch documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams for smooth operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (Graduate) in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of packing processes and material handling.
• Good understanding of warehousing operations and stock management.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency (especially for preparing packing lists and reports).
• Strong communication and coordination skills
