Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Real Estate Marketer to promote our property offerings, generate leads, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will combine field marketing with digital strategies to attract, engage, and convert clients across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market real estate properties to prospective buyers and investors
  • Generate leads through both online and offline channels
  • Conduct property inspections and client site visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, ads)
  • Create engaging content for property listings and promotions
  • Follow up on leads and manage prospects through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet targets
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools

Work Structure (Hybrid)

  • On-site: Property inspections, client meetings, site allocations
  • Remote: Lead generation, digital marketing, follow-ups, reporting

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in real estate marketing or sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of Abuja real estate market is an advantage
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and basic digital tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Must be proactive, persuasive, and result-oriented
