Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading recruitment processes, building strong client relationships, and delivering top talent across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement).
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
3. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding client portfolios.
4. Supervise and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure performance excellence
5. Develop recruitment strategies, including the use of technology, job boards, and headhunting techniques.
6. Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
7. Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
8. Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 – 10+ years proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar senior-level role.
2. Strong business development and client management skills.
3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
4. Leadership qualities with experience managing or mentoring a team.
5. Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing strategies.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (professional certifications are an added advantage).
