Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging, and original content tailored for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
• Develop and execute content strategies aimed at achieving 1M+ monthly views
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversion
• Leverage trends, storytelling, and hooks to maximize virality
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals
• Utilize allocated ad budgets to boost high-performing content
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content pipeline
• Experiment with new formats, niches, and creative approaches

Performance Expectations

• Achieve at least 1 million views monthly (combined across platforms)
• Demonstrate consistent audience growth and engagement
• Deliver measurable ROI on ad spend used for content promotion
• Maintain a strong content output (daily or near-daily posting recommended)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a content creator, influencer, or social media manager
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Ability to create viral or high-performing content consistently
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Strong storytelling, editing, and creative skills
