Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Well spoken; The target market are founders/Owners and Product Owners in Canada, Europe and the United States.
  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through inbound and outbound channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Engage prospects through calls, emails, social media, and meetings to convert leads into customers.

     
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, deals, and pipeline status in the CRM system to ensure transparency and reporting accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs by strategically managing accounts and pipeline opportunities.
  • Present product/service solutions effectively, tailoring proposals to meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and outreach strategies.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities and provide strategic insights.

Secondary Responsibilities – CRM & Social Media

  • Assist with CRM data entry, updates, and reporting to maintain accurate records.
  • Support social media campaigns by creating visual content (Canva) and short videos (CapCut).
  • Provide feedback from customer interactions to improve marketing and product strategies.
  • Assist with posting, scheduling, and engagement across social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, twitter (X), Tiktok, etc

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience or strong aptitude in sales and lead generation.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys.
  • Proficiency in Canva for design and CapCut for video editing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and analytics.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools.
  • Previous experience supporting a sales or growth team.
