Job Description

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Distribute SDA products from assigned distribution branches to wholesalers and dealers within designated routes.
  • Collect outstanding balances from dealers and wholesalers.
  • Submit daily sales reports to the Sales Supervisor.
  • Plan and execute daily sales objectives, including updating customer records.
  • Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure optimal availability.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers/wholesalers, addressing their needs and resolving conflicts.
  • Identify customer needs and upsell products to maximize sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients contacted, and promotions.
  • Ensure company property is properly maintained.
