Job Description

Job Summary

  • We are seeking dynamic and target-driven Telecom Sales Executives to drive the sales of fibre optic internet services.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting broadband solutions, and expanding market presence within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers for fibre optic broadband services (residential and corporate).
  • Conduct field sales activities including door-to-door marketing, site visits, and community engagement.
  • Promote and explain fibre internet packages, pricing, and value propositions to potential customers.
  • Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales deals.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and referrals.
  • Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer data.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in telecom or ISP sales (fibre optics experience is an advantage).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to engage in field sales and travel within assigned areas.
  • Basic knowledge of internet services, broadband technologies, and fibre optics.
