We are seeking dynamic and target-driven Telecom Sales Executives to drive the sales of fibre optic internet services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting broadband solutions, and expanding market presence within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers for fibre optic broadband services (residential and corporate).
Conduct field sales activities including door-to-door marketing, site visits, and community engagement.
Promote and explain fibre internet packages, pricing, and value propositions to potential customers.
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales deals.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and referrals.
Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer data.
Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in telecom or ISP sales (fibre optics experience is an advantage).
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to engage in field sales and travel within assigned areas.
Basic knowledge of internet services, broadband technologies, and fibre optics.
