Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic team member to support our fast-growing hospitality startup. Key Responsibilities:

Managing booking calendars and guest check-ins with accuracy and efficiency.

Providing top-notch customer support via chat, calls, and email inquiries.

Coordinating cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure property standards.

Handling daily administrative tasks, expense tracking, and inventory management.

Assisting with vendor communications and resolving operational issues promptly.

Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements for better service.

Supporting marketing efforts by sharing updates on social media platforms.

Requirements

Requirements:

Must reside in or near Ilupeju and environs for quick response times.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly "can-do" attitude.

Previous experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, Airbnb, or similar) is an added advantage.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational skills and proficiency in tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Basic knowledge of property management software is a plus but not required.

Age 21-35, energetic, and committed to long-term growth with our team.
