We’re expanding our Solution Partner Program and seeking experienced people-focused professionals who want to help organisations improve employee performance.

What You’ll Do as a Solution Partner

- Educate decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, HR leaders, People Managers) on how M-Tracker can help

- Share your unique partner link so they can create a free M-Tracker account

- Support them through the trial period with basic onboarding guidance and feedback

- Encourage successful teams to upgrade to a paid plan when M-Tracker proves its value

This is not an internal HR role. It is a partner/affiliate-type opportunity for professionals already embedded in HR, recruiting, and people operations who can influence buying decisions.

Who This Is For

We’re looking for people who:

- Currently work as:

 ▫ HR Managers / HR Business Partners

 ▫ Recruiters (agency or in-house)

 ▫ People Ops / Talent / Culture Specialists

 ▫ HR & People Consultants / Fractional HR Leaders

- Have direct access to decision-makers in startups, tech companies, and growing SMEs (especially in Africa)

- Care about non-surveillance ways of improving employee performance and trust

- Are proactive, relationship-driven, and results-oriented

You can be based anywhere, but this opportunity is especially relevant if you work with or within African organisations.

- Up to $25 (₦35,000) per verified company that signs up for a free trial through your link

- 35% commission for 12 months on every company that upgrades from a free trial to a paid plan
