Performance / Analytics Strategist (PAS0126)

Job Summary:

• The Performance/Analytics Strategist is responsible for analyzing business performance data, identifying trends, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making.
• The role focuses on measuring key performance indicators (KPIs), optimizing operational efficiency, and driving data-informed business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor organizational KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Analyze business, operational, sales, marketing, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and presentations for management.
• Conduct data-driven assessments to improve business processes and productivity.
• Collaborate with department heads to establish measurable goals and performance targets.
• Design and implement performance measurement frameworks.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis and market insights.
• Monitor project outcomes and evaluate business initiatives against predefined objectives.
• Utilize analytical tools to forecast performance and support planning activities.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Identify risks, performance gaps, and areas requiring corrective action.
• Support budgeting, business planning, and strategic review exercises.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in business analysis, performance management, strategy, or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
